So I've been trying to get Aashini's passport picture... It's no easy task to get a good passport picture of a newborn... you have to have their head straight, both ears showing, eyes open, regular expression on face, face straight ahead, little to no shadows, sholders showing, neck showing as much as possible, etc.... Well, as you can see, I got quite a few duds :)
But finally, after a couple of days of trying, I think I got a winner :)

My procrastination got the best of me and I didn't do Josiah's passport until he was 9 months old.
Whoa! 9 months?? We have to leave the country in March, so we have to have it finished before then :)
How adorable! I bet the folks at the passport office would love to see all of these. I love Violet's passport picture. She seems like such a small 007 with her own passport.

You did good. I'm totally serious- you got a good picture. Kiran's pic is from 2 weeks old and it is the most horrible picture she's ever taken in her whole life.

...the funny thing is though, that by the time you guys leave in march, she'll look totally different! how often do you have to renew baby passports? i know w/ adults it's, like, 7 to 10 years or something, but with kids it's gotta be shorter, right?
good job andrea! but I have to agree that by the time she's ready to use it, she'll look totally different. it's so funny that they want the neck to show...baby's have little if no neck because of all their chins. haha

Those are so funny! I am totally bummed. If you come to the states I am pretty sure I am on the wrong side of them. Let me know if you come to California. I think you should use the second one just to spite the passport office!

Awesome!!! In Abby's photo she's screaming her head off and you can see Jeff's hands holding her. The official German customs people can't believe the American officials let us use it. And she'll have it till she's 5! Aashini just keeps getting cuter and cuter. What can you tell about her personality?
She has the cutest face!! So many expressions! It would be a dream come true to see her in person! :)

I absolutely love these pictures. Aashini is so adorable! The third picture is very good, but the fist two are too funny.
Thought I should say hi on this blog, too! This is too funny - we went through the same thing with my son. I thought the people at Eckerd's were going to strangle him. Mama Bear was about to come out that day! :)
