WHAT HAPPENED???

So I walked WAY more than normal while we were in Bangkok. My feet swelled a little, but after that plane ride back home... my feet were crazy looking!!! My right ankle looked like it did when I sprained my foot a couple of years ago - it was crazy and super swollen and even a little bruised looking in some places! Even my leg was a little swollen too! I can't believe I'm posting a picture of this, but here it is... (and this is even after some of the swelling went down!)

Aww...that looks painful. :( My feet and ankles started swelling on flights about 2 years ago. It's no fun, is it? I always look like I have 'cankles.' :) I hope yours goes down soon.

Good thing you had your Reefs! Sometimes people can't put shoes back on!
Hope you got to elevate them when you got home:)

Ahh... the swelling begins! Have you experienced that same kind of swelling on your hands yet?? I used to be so afraid that my wedding ring would cut off my circulation and they in turn would have to cut it off! Thankfully, that never happened! I hope that you had some good propping up time when you returned! Thank goodness for flip flops! Nothing works better for a pregnant lady!!

OH NOOOOOOOOOOOO! I am so sorry. That is so uncomfortable! Unfortunatly it only gets worse and that is why I have chosen to stop at my two kids. That's it for me. Pregnancy sucks.

Oh and the fun begins! I think I swole up about 32 weeks when we traveled and it never went down! No fun. I, too, had to stop wearing my rings about a month before my due date and for about a month after the baby. What's funny is you won't even think you're swollen any more then you'll have the baby and you'll realize you have ankles again!! I think it's funny...it's like your feet go back to normal in a matter of hours.

Swelling happens... I have to say I think I started swelling from about week 3 until the end.
